U.S. says its forces killed Islamic State leader in Syria

The USA carried out a army operation that killed a senior Islamic State chief in Syria on Monday, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) mentioned in a press release early on Tuesday.

Khalid ‘Aydd Ahmad al-Jabouri was liable for planning ISIS assaults into Europe and developed the management construction for ISIS, the assertion mentioned.

Final week, the Tass information company mentioned Russia had protested to the American-led coalition in opposition to the Islamic State militant group about “provocative actions” by U.S. armed forces in Syria.

No civilians have been killed or injured on this strike, CENTCOM mentioned, and added that the group “continues to signify a risk to the area and past.”
